ఎఫ్-1 (F-1) వీసాలను కేవలం నాలుగేళ్లకే పరిమితం చేయాలని ట్రంప్ ప్రభుత్వం తెచ్చిన రూల్ కు ఫెడరల్ కోర్టు ఎలా బ్రేక్ వేసిందో నేను ఈ వీడియోలో వివరించాను. అలాగే ఓపీటీ (OPT) కి అప్లై చేయడానికి పదివేల డాలర్ల ఫీజు పెట్టాలన్న ఆలోచన వెనుక ఉన్న కుట్రను కూడా బట్టబయలు చేశాను. సత్య నాదెళ్ల, సుందర్ పిచాయ్, ఎలాన్ మస్క్ లాంటి వాళ్లంతా ఎఫ్-1 వీసాపై వచ్చిన వాళ్లే. సిస్టమ్ ను ఎవరో ఒకరిద్దరు అబ్యూస్ చేశారని, ఏకంగా చట్టాలనే మార్చేసి టాలెంటెడ్ స్టూడెంట్స్ కు అమెరికా తలుపులు మూసేయడం దేశానికే తీవ్ర నష్టమని నేను వాదించాను. డొనాల్డ్ ట్రంప్ ఒక నడిచే అవినీతి మృగమని, ముత్యాలముగ్గు సినిమాలో రావుగోపాలరావు లాగా, ట్రంప్ కూడా ప్రెసిడెన్షియల్ క్షమాభిక్షలకు (pardons) ఒక రేటు కార్డు పెట్టుకున్నాడని నేను తీవ్రంగా విమర్శించాను. దేశాన్ని అమ్మకానికి పెట్టిన ఈ రిపబ్లికన్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా, మన పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తు కోసం ఓటు వేయాలని నేను అమెరికాలోని తెలుగు వారందరికీ విజ్ఞప్తి చేశాను.
I discussed the recent federal court update blocking the Trump administration's disastrous plan to limit F-1 student visas to just four years. I explained how this absurd rule, along with a newly proposed $10,000 fee for OPT applications, proves that for this administration, everything is for sale. They are actively trying to destroy the university system and the American economy by placing a massive financial and emotional burden on international students. I highlighted how visionaries like Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, and even Elon Musk originally came here on F-1 visas. If we shut the doors on future innovators just because a few individuals abuse the system, we permanently lose out on global talent. I also called out the sheer hypocrisy of this administration, pointing out how Donald Trump operates like a walking, talking beast of corruption with a literal price list for presidential pardons. Ultimately, I urged all American-Telugu citizens to use their voice and vote against this corruption for the sake of our children's future.
