This is Hateful Activism: జర్నలిజం ముసుగేసుకున్న విద్వేషుల పన్నాగాలు.  విద్వేషులకు వత్తాసు పలకొద్దు!

ఈ వీడియోలోని ఈ సెగ్మెంట్ లో, సారా గొంజాలెస్ లాంటి వాళ్లు వచ్చి పబ్లిక్ యాక్సెస్ ఫైల్స్ (Public Access Files) చూపించమని డిమాండ్ చేసినప్పుడు, మనం నిరాకరిస్తే జరిగే పరిణామాల గురించి మేము చర్చించాము. అలా ఫైల్స్ ఇవ్వకపోవడం వల్ల వాళ్లు మీపై బురద జల్లడానికి ప్రయత్నించవచ్చు, కానీ చట్టపరంగా తక్షణమే జరిగే నష్టం ఏమీ ఉండదు, వాళ్లకి మిమ్మల్ని జైలుకు పంపే అధికారం అసలే లేదు. ఇలాంటి దూకుడు వ్యవహారాల వెనుక ఉన్న అసలు నిజాలు, మీరు తెలుసుకోవాల్సిన విషయాలను మేము స్పష్టం చేశాము.

ఇంకా ముఖ్యమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే, ఈ వ్యవహారంలో అసలు ఏం జరుగుతుందో మేము బట్టబయలు చేశాము. సారా గొంజాలెస్ చేస్తోంది జర్నలిజం కాదు, మరీ ముఖ్యంగా ఇన్వెస్టిగేటివ్ జర్నలిజం అస్సలు కాదు. చేతిలో కొన్ని కాగితాలు పట్టుకుని, మోసం చేశారని అగ్రెసివ్ గా నిందించడంలో ఎలాంటి జర్నలిస్టిక్ విలువా లేదు, దానికి కనీస నైతికత కూడా లేదు. ఒక్క మాటలో చెప్పాలంటే: ఇది జర్నలిజం ముసుగులో చేస్తున్న యాక్టివిజం — కచ్చితంగా చెప్పాలంటే జాతి విద్వేషంతో (racial animus) చేస్తున్న హేట్‌ఫుల్ యాక్టివిజం అని మేము తేల్చి చెప్పాము.

ప్రొఫెసర్ మురళి మరియు మన కాలర్ DFW దేశీతో జరిగిన చర్చలో, మమ్మల్ని విస్మయానికి గురిచేసిన ఒక విషయం గురించి మేము మాట్లాడుకున్నాము. మన ఇండియన్ కమ్యూనిటీలో కొంతమంది — సాధారణ ప్రజలతో పాటు కొందరు తెలుగు యూట్యూబర్లు, పాడ్‌క్యాస్టర్లు కూడా — ఆమెకు ఎందుకు సపోర్ట్ చేస్తున్నారు? ఆమె పట్ల సానుభూతి చూపించడం, ఆమెకు కావాల్సిన సమాచారం అందించడం, లేదా "రెండు వైపులా వినాలి" అనే సాకుతో ఆమె ప్రవర్తనను సమర్థించడం నిజంగా ఆశ్చర్యకరం. H-1B ఫ్రాడ్ ను అరికట్టడానికి చట్టపరమైన మార్గాలు చాలా ఉన్నాయి, కానీ ఇలాంటి విద్వేషపూరిత వ్యక్తులకు వత్తాసు పలకడం మాత్రం కచ్చితంగా సరైన పద్ధతి కాదని మేము అభిప్రాయపడ్డాము.

In this video, we discussed the ramifications of refusing to hand over public access files when someone like Sarah Gonzales aggressively demands them. While there may be some avenues for recourse or attempts to defame you for not complying, we clarified that the immediate legal consequences are often murky, and it certainly does not mean they have the authority to send you to jail. We broke down what you actually need to know about these highly confrontational tactics and the reality behind these demands.

More importantly, we called out exactly what is happening in these encounters. What Sarah Gonzales is doing is not journalism, and it is definitely not investigative journalism. Merely holding a stack of papers and aggressively accusing people of fraud offers absolutely no journalistic value and demonstrates a complete lack of ethics. We made it clear: this is activism disguised as journalism—specifically, hateful activism driven by racial animus.

During our discussion with Professor Murali and our caller, DFW Desi, we examined a truly puzzling trend: why are some members of the Indian community, including regular folks and even certain Telugu YouTube influencers and podcasters, showing deference to her? It is baffling to see people sympathize with her, actively feed her information, or try to justify her behavior under the weak guise of "playing both sides." While there are proper, established legal mechanisms to address legitimate H-1B fraud, we emphasized that becoming an accomplice to this kind of hateful rhetoric is absolutely not the way to handle it.
