ఈ వీడియోలో అమెరికా ఇమిగ్రేషన్ విధానాల్లోని ద్వంద్వ వైఖరిని నేను సమగ్రంగా విశ్లేషించాను. ఒకవైపు వైట్‌హౌస్‌లో డొనాల్డ్ ట్రంప్ స్వయంగా సత్య నాదెళ్ల, ఎలాన్ మస్క్ వంటి వలస టెక్ లీడర్లకు ప్రతిష్టాత్మక మెడల్స్ ప్రదానం చేయగా, మరోవైపు అదే సమయంలో డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ ఆఫ్ లేబర్ మైక్రోసాఫ్ట్, టిసిఎస్, ఇన్ఫోసిస్ లాంటి సంస్థల పర్మ్ గ్రీన్‌కార్డ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ను నిలిపివేయడం వెనుక ఉన్న వైరుధ్యాన్ని నేను ఎత్తిచూపాను. ఎఫ్-1 విద్యార్థి దశ నుంచి సీఈఓ వరకు సాగిన సత్య నాదెళ్ల ప్రయాణాన్ని ప్రస్తుత ఆంక్షలు, భారీ ఓపీటీ ఫీజులతో పోల్చి చూస్తూ, నేటి నిబంధనల ప్రకారం భవిష్యత్తులో మరొక సత్య నాదెళ్ల ఎదగడం సాధ్యమేనా అనే అంశాన్ని నేను చర్చించాను. చట్టబద్ధంగా ఉంటూ అనిశ్చితిని ఎదుర్కొంటున్న వేలాది మంది భారతీయ టెక్కీల వాస్తవ పరిస్థితులను, మన సమాజంలోనే కనిపించే కొన్ని ద్వంద్వ ధోరణులను కూడా నేను స్పష్టంగా పంచుకున్నాను.

In this video, I broke down the stark contradiction I saw unfolding in US immigration policy. I watched as Donald Trump honored foreign-born tech leaders like Satya Nadella and Elon Musk at the White House with the National Medal of Technology & Innovation, while the Department of Labor simultaneously moved to freeze PERM green card processing for companies like Microsoft, Cognizant, TCS, and Infosys. I backtested today’s proposed policies against Satya Nadella’s own journey from F-1 student to CEO, questioning whether a path like his would even be possible under current restrictions and massive proposed OPT fees. I also addressed the political rhetoric, the real human toll on skilled legal immigrants who did everything right, and the unfortunate tendency within our own community to pull up the ladder once someone has made it across.
