I draw a parallel between his presence—which notably did not prompt the Justices to stand—and the mob boss intimidation tactics seen in The Godfather Part II. Just as Michael Corleone pressured Frank Pentangeli into flipping his testimony during a Senate hearing, I explore whether Trump's attendance was a similar attempt to apply pressure to the highest court.
