‘THEY’ Don’t Own Patriotism or the Flag. దేశభక్తి వాళ్ళబ్బ సొమ్ముకాదు!

ఈ వీడియోలో, అమెరికా 250వ వార్షికోత్సవం యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతను మరియు "ప్రజలందరూ సమానమే" అనే పునాది వాగ్దానాన్ని నేను గుర్తుచేసుకున్నాను. ముఖ్యంగా పుట్టుకతో వచ్చే పౌరసత్వాన్ని (Birthright Citizenship) సమర్థిస్తూ సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు గురించి నా అభిప్రాయాలను పంచుకున్నాను. అమెరికాలో నివసిస్తున్న భారతీయ డయాస్పోరాకు, ముఖ్యంగా H-1B వీసాలపై ఉంటూ తమ పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తు గురించి ఆలోచించే తెలుగు కుటుంబాలకు ఇది ఎంత కీలకమైన విషయమో చర్చించాను.

ప్రస్తుత రాజకీయ పరిస్థితులు మరియు "MAGA" వర్గం దేశభక్తిని నిర్వచించడానికి చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలపై కూడా నేను స్పందించాను. అసమ్మతిని వ్యక్తం చేయడం కూడా దేశభక్తిలో అత్యున్నత రూపమని నేను వాదించాను. అలాగే జోహ్రాన్ మమ్దాని ప్రసంగంపై వచ్చిన వ్యతిరేకతను విశ్లేషిస్తూ.. పౌరసత్వం పొందిన వారైనా లేదా ఇక్కడే పుట్టిన వారైనా, ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమ మూలాలను గౌరవిస్తూనే ఈ దేశ భవిష్యత్తును తీర్చిదిద్దే శక్తిని కలిగి ఉన్నారని గుర్తుచేశాను.

In this video, I reflected on the profound significance of America’s 250th anniversary and that foundational promise—that all people are created equal. I shared my thoughts on the recent Supreme Court ruling that upheld birthright citizenship, a topic I felt was vital for the Indian diaspora and the many Telugu families navigating life in the U.S. on H-1B visas.

I also addressed the current political climate, specifically how the "MAGA" movement has attempted to redefine patriotism. I argued that dissent is actually one of the highest forms of patriotism and examined the backlash against Zohran Mamdani’s recent speech. Ultimately, I wanted to encourage every citizen—whether naturalized or born here—to take pride in their identity and recognize their power to shape what this country becomes.

On this channel I talk mostly about two things:

2) Everything Telugu – the language, literature, culture, history and film music.
