With the sudden explosion of content creators in our diaspora, many are panicking over whether earning ad revenue constitutes a violation of H1B terms. I opined on the facts, addressing whether this practice makes you complicit in violating your visa, and I share some observations on the current landscape. Given the massive popularity and publicity YouTubers are gaining of late, this is an absolutely essential watch.

I also provide a crucial update on the Madhur Raju situation. You might remember the massive brouhaha over the viral video of him and his wife dancing in front of the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. I break down the fallout from that spectacle and expose how he was specifically targeted by a spiteful Canadian citizen. Despite the overwhelming online outrage and calls for his deportation, I can confirm that he did not lose his job over the situation.
