Maybe I am a little bit more thick skinned than the average “Sri”, but I failed to see the connection and context of this ad. It was neither funny nor offending. We are trying to be too PC…. maybe we are engrained into the American way of thinking and PC too much
Mohan garu , you spoke my mind. I spotted this while watching the daily show. My jaw dropped when I heard the last sentence “the lighter side of dark”. I guess some brain dead director did this commercial.
It certainly could offend a lot of indians. However, I think of it as more ‘stupid’ than ‘offensive.’
ohh yeah, every indian should get offended by this. They not only made fun but also insulted by comparing with beer.
