I’m creating a series of educational videos on data centers and realized the introduction itself was a fascinating topic. This first in a series video is all about the personal data center—the one you likely have right in your own home if you work with a lot of data. Using some vintage props, I tell the story of my own makeshift data center and how that journey eventually led me to seek professional help from a real-world data center. It’s entirely in English to reach a wide audience and is completely non-political. You’re going to find this surprisingly relatable.
