In this intense, unfiltered segment from my recent live broadcast of *Anna, idi America*, I get into a deeply heated debate with Kiran over the ultimate fate of birthright citizenship in the United States. Following the recent 5-4 Supreme Court decision on executive orders, the conversation quickly turned to whether this fundamental right is actually on the chopping block.

I laid out the absolute political reality of the U.S. system: amending the Constitution to repeal the 14th Amendment requires a two-thirds majority in Congress. In today's highly polarized political environment, that hurdle is practically impossible and completely dead on arrival.
