Tablet From Hyderabad, Notion Ink’s Rohan Shravan

2011 is the year of tablet computers. I will be patiently waiting for HP to sell the PalmPad in two-o-one-one. In addition to the WebOS tablet, I am super excited about the the tablet from our Hyderabad, Notion Ink’s “Adam”. The Adam tablet uses Google’s Android operating system with a custom user interface (UI). I was excited about it when I heard the news back in Feb 2010. I posted the details of it. Check the original post here.

Fast forward 2011, the company is still alive and kicking. Its not a small task to keep the company relevant when everyone and his neighbor are making Android tablets. Engadget did a quick video on this tablet features.

Check the below video.

Also Engadget’s Nilay Patel did an interview of Rohan Shravan, check it out.

  1. Adam is no more Hyderabad (Nagole) based. It relocated to Bangalore because of resource pool constraints and Telangana agitation. Also Adam is late in market It might be little difficult to face many competitors already in market
