A Racist Attack Ad in Arkansas Focuses on Indians

His name is Bill Halter. He is a Democrat and trying to unseat Arkansas Senator Blanche Lincoln in a primary fight for the US Senate race. A group supporting Senator Lincoln, put out a racist ad which featured Indians.

“Bangalore needs jobs. Thank you, Bill Halter.”
