I got this e-mail from a listener of my show – written by my kind of guy! I may not agree with you on every assertion here, but I love the spirit of this letter. Well said, my friend.
I’m sorry. నేను తెలంగాణావాదినే. నా తెలంగాణ కోసం నేను ఏం చేయడానికైనా సిద్దమే. కానీ ప్రత్యేక, వేర్పాటువాదిని కాదు. నాకు ధమ్ముంది. ఆంద్ర పెత్తనం నా ముందు పనిచేయదు. ఆంధ్రవాడి మీద నేనే ఎదురు పెత్తనం చేయగల చేవ ఉంది. నేను మీసం మెలేసి.. తొడగొట్టి మరీ చెబుతా… తెలంగాణ మీల్స్ అని ఆంద్రలో హోటల్ పెట్టి మరీ అమ్మగలను.నా తెలంగాణను ఈ లుచ్చాల చేతిలో పెట్టడం నాకు ఇష్టం లేదు. మరో.. నిజాం పాలన నాకొద్దు. నా తెలుగు జాతి ఉమ్మడి సొత్తుతో ఇద్దరేసి ముఖ్య మంత్రులను.. పదుల సంఖ్యలో మంత్రులను మేపడం.. నా జాతి సొత్తు ఎక్కువమంది నాయకులకు దోచిపెట్టడం నాకు ఏమాత్రం ఇష్టం లేదు.
నా తెలంగాణా అభివృద్ధికి విడిపోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.. నాయకుడికి చిత్తశుద్ది లేనప్పుడు కలిసున్నా.. విడిపోయినా పీకేదేమీ లేదు. సామాన్యుడికి ఒరిగేదేమీ లేదు. మనల్ని మనమే పాలించుకుందాం.. అందుకే తెలంగాణా అంటే.. ఇప్పుడు కూడా మనల్ని పాలించేది మనోడే. రేపు కూడా వాడే. నేడు పీకలేని మన నాయకులు రేపు తెలంగాణా వచ్చాక పీకుతారనే నమ్మకం అసలు లేదు. ఇదంతా ఏడాది తర్వాత బిర్యాని పెడతాం అంటూ ఇవాల్టి నుంచే తిండి మానేయ్యమన్నట్టు ఉంది నాయకుల తీరు. వాడికి చిత్తశుద్ది, చేవ ఉంటే.. ఈపాటికే మన తెలంగాణాను ఎంతో ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్ళి ఉండాలి.
విడిపోవడం వల్ల వచ్చే చారానా లాభం మాత్రమే చూపుతూ నష్టపోయే బారాణా గురించి ఏం కుహనా తెలంగాణావాది కూడా చెప్పడం లేదు. గుండెల నిండా ఆవేశం మాత్రమే నిండిన మన సాటి తెలంగాణా వాడికి ఇప్పుడు ఏం చెప్పినా తలకెక్కదు. ఆవేశం వీడి ఆలోచిస్తే అంతా అర్ధం అవుతుంది.
చిన్న రాష్ట్రాల వల్ల దేశం నష్టపోతుంది. స్థానిక పార్టీల కారణంగా కేంద్రంలో ఏ ఒక్క పార్టికి కూడా పూర్తి మెజారిటీ రాదు. సంకీర్ణాలు తప్పవు. ఒక అడుగు ముందుకేస్తే.. నాలుగు అడుగులు వెనక్కి లాగే సంకీర్ణాలు నాకొద్దు. దేశప్రగతికి చిన్న రాష్ట్రాలు గొడ్డలిపెట్టు. నా దేశం నాకు ముఖ్యం. ఆ తర్వాతే తెలంగాణా..
నా దృష్టిలో విజయం అంటే… పోగొట్టుకున్నచోట రాబట్టుకోవడమే. విడిపోవడం చేతకానితనమే. మనకు ఎక్కడ అన్యాయం జరిగితే అక్కడే న్యాయం కోసం పోరాడాలి.. సాధించాలి. పిరికివాడిలా నాది నాకిచ్చేయ్ అనడం మూర్ఖత్వం. ఎందుకు దేబిరించాలి..?? ఎందుకు అడుక్కోవాలి…?? నీది నువ్వే సాధించుకో.. నీలో దమ్ము.. తెగువ.. చేవ.. సత్తువ.. ఉంటే.. నువ్వు మగాడివే అయితే… దోచుకో… నీది నువ్వు సాధించుకో.
మేలుకో సోదరా.. మేలుకో.. నీ జాతి ప్రగతి మట్టిలో కలిపి తెలుగేతరులకు [edited] అవకాశం కల్పించకు.. తెలుగు జాతి విబేధాలు వీడి… తెలంగాణ ప్రగతికి పోరాడు.. కసితో.. సాధించు.. అసలైన విజయం…

wah great bale raasaru Mahatma. Kani Mahatma garu, videpothe emiti nastam, kalisunte ela labham rayaledu. This kind of articles anyone can write. Everyone hates politicians but they are ruling us. They dictate/decide the rules. They can decide renaming Kadapa district as YSR without asking public and demand to make Jagan as CM just because Jagan is son of YSR. Who stopped that all nonsence, Sonia Gandhi not public. This is not actual Democracy, Indian style Democracy. Till today, everyone talks about TELANGANA, KCR, YSR, CBN. Why do we need Telangana? has anyone talked about 610GO? why it is not implemeted after 15 years???

I have been listening to your radio program from quite some time. I dont understand you calling CBN names, quite un-parliamentary at times. I feel you are more tough on him alone besides the real ‘mis’chief KCR.
My 2cents on CBN is this: Initially he was for unified andhra and later had to agree for split on political expediency. He was game for split, based on consultation and agreements.
Enter SG(Sonia Gandhi), she unilaterally (with inputs from Rahul baba), declared telangana formation in the midnight. That is UNACCEPTABLE to any body who has ‘cheemu, netturu’ (that would be all Non-Congressi’s).
Hence singling out CBN for calling names is NOT FAIR.
You are right. Calling him names is uncalled for. But, criticism of CBN is fair. He showed very poor judgment and lack of leadership here.
